Spell Saab

Yay, the second Eat Buy Try blog post!! Haha. Read the first one here. Once again, to remind you all, this is not necessarily to encourage you to eat, buy, and try the things I write about here. My aim is to simply share with you the things I’ve recently eaten, bought and tried.

EAT: DIET DIVA

DSC09896

I tried ordering Diet Diva a couple of weeks ago and I’ve decided it’s perfect for me. I don’t really know how to cook and when I do groceries, most ingredients just go bad because I don’t use it all up. It’s pretty hard to cook for one. With this diet delivery service, it’s not just a go-to for weight loss or maintenance but also for convenience at home. The daily breakfast, lunch and dinner amount to 1,200 calories a day – just the right amount for me to gradually lose the weight I recently put on. They deliver food to my doorstep every morning from Monday to Friday so weekdays are for dining out and cheating! It only costs P1,900/week too!

I got my KOMONO watch just last week and it’s the cutest!! I’m obsessed with my Wizard Print Series Expressionist design. KOMONO is a brand founded by Belgian designers Anton Janssens and Raf Maes who aim to make retro-futuristic accessories. They have the cutest designs!

Price range is between P4,000 – P5,250. You can purchase it locally through online retail shop Pormada.com – it’s where I got mine.

TRY: DECONSTRUCTING T-SHIRTS

Okay, this is nothing new. I’ve cut up some shirts before but I did this particular one just yesterday. I bought a cute Simpsons shirt from Topman and it didn’t fit great because I guess men have weird shoulders or something… Haha blame it on the men.

I cut along the neck, sleeves and lower hem of the shirt.

I used to have the problem of “showing too much side boob” with my previous cut up shirts – I always had to wear a bandeau underneath. With the help of the magical world of the Internet, I learned that the simple way to fix this problem is to use either a ribbon or some of the cut-up fabric from the shirt to tie the back straps of the shirt together.

Here are the instructions I followed. Want other T-shirt cutting ideas? Here are 30 more from BuzzFeed! Use your old shirts as cover ups for beach trips!!:)
