I’m doing this diet/detox called The Master Cleanse and I know I’m going to have a hard time. No food at all, just 8 glasses of this a day:
- 8 oz pure water
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp rich maple syrup
- 1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
But I can drink all the water I want. It’s not just a diet, it’s cleansing my body of all the junk I’ve fed it! If anyone wants to do this with me, you can buy the ingredients at Healthy Options (I go to the one at Shangrila). I sure could use a support group. I’m going to document this whole fasting thing. PLUS I have to stop smoking. It’s only for ten days, let’s hope I make it! Peace!
